Roles and Responsibility;
Drives customer satisfaction by providing all guests with pleasant dining experience
Upkeep of the image, standards and principal of the company, keeping a transparent easily accessible style of management
Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; and implementing change
Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
Keep tab on the quality, quantity and consistency of all food and beverages served in the restaurant
Controls costs by minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation
Avoids legal challenges by conforming to the regulations of the company standards, following policies and procedures and complying with local laws
Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware, and utensil quality and placement; and monitoring food presentation and service
Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
Enhances brand reputation by exploring opportunities to add value to company image/profit
Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; and enforcing policies and procedures
Submit periodical reports to the Operations Manager and officials from HO
