JOB DESCRIPTION:
Report to the Support manager.
To organise and ensure that materials shall be purchased in a timely , price efficient manner and satisfy all quanlity requirements.
Canvass from the market the availability of the required materials and submit to Support Manager the qoutation price of the materials for finality.
Negoniate and establish agrrements with suppliers of all material,services, that are favourable to the company in regrads to quality, price and timeliness in addition to maintain good relationship with the suppliers that credit facilities shall be obtained.
Submit qoutation from supplier and collect materials coverde by local purchases from them and to approve and get invoices for purchased items
Responsible to obtain lowest possible prices of the items to be purchased from the market through qoutation request and look for ways to reduce purchasing cost.
Responsible to analyse and evaluate items requested to be purchased by different departments and ensure that the purchased materials comply with accepted standards of engineering and quality or respected department’s need.
Maintain ledger for Purchased materials.
Submitt D/N, invoices to store for purchased material and maintain record.
To advise and report where appropriate to management of any supplier price changes , lead items, material delay or other problems which may have an effect on the operation of the company.
QUALIFICATION :
Graduate.
EXPERIENCE:
3 years and above
المهارات
Fluent in both Arabic and English is a must. Proven backround in purchasing, interpersonal skills and negotiating skills.
