الوصف الوظيفي Assigned to the Procurement Department, the Procurement Analyst reports to the Procurement Managers and is responsible for analyzing, evaluating and reporting on tender submissions. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES · Analysis and evaluation of tender submissions for all tendered projects in the Programme. · Part of the evaluation team made up of PMC Pre-contracts support staff, Project Controls staff preparing tender financial analysis and design consultant evaluation team. · Produces evaluation reports within the agreed time. · Assists the Procurement Manager with the production of the written report and associated cover letters and paper for representation to the client. · Part of the evaluation teams to ensure that they meet the Project objectives by establishing contracts on time, in an ethical manner always, and truly in accordance with project procedures. المهارات · 8 years’ experience. · Minimum relevant experience 5 years in similar role. · Minimum Regional Experience 3 years. · Undergraduate degree. · Articulate, well organized, and able to work under pressure. · Self-motivated, conscientious, and flexible attitude. · Ability to supervise others. · Strong capability in all MS Office applications.
