Responsibilities
Review all financial transactions in term of accounts accuracy, correct signatures, receipt and approval to ensure conformity with company approved policies and procedures
Review and analyze all financial documents to ensure all payments are made in line with financial policies and procedures
Review the monthly, quarterly, annual VAT declaration and ZAKAT declaration for year-end
Supervise, examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.
Lead the closure of monthly trial balance and financial year-end closing budgets in co-ordination with relative parties
Process accruals and contribute towards the monthly / annual closings and trial balances ensuring accuracy in the ERP (Oracle fusion) system
Prepare and review all financial transactions related to payroll and ensure transactions are aligned with company approved policies and procedures
Oversee the reconciliation of accounts and prepare the reconciliation memo for all bank accounts for the approval of the Financial Manager.
Supervise the reconciliation of sub ledger reports on a monthly basis in addition to creating the final trial balance.
Supervise, Update and maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts to reflect the transactional activities.
Manage invoicing and the collection of receivables and payments and verify all vendor invoices as per financial procedures.
Oversee the maintenance and filing of accounting files and documentation in accordance with financial policies and procedures
·Ensure all financial data is prepared and finalized for audit purposes as per IFRS.
Assist in ERP System Implementation, Master Data, and uploading opening balances.
Assist internal and external auditors as needed to ensure audits are completed as per the required timeframes.
Set and agree on performance objectives for all direct reports and provide coaching and feedback to teams/individuals in line with good people management practices to ensure job responsibilities are optimally delivered.
المهارات
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or a related field.
A minimum of Ten (10) years in accounting field.
A minimum of Five (5) years of relevant experience in real estate companies.
CMA is preferred.
Sold knowledge with the ERP system Oracle fusion is preferred.
Fluent in English & Arabic both written & verbal.
Proficient user of MS Office.
