Manage a team of sales associates for all car buyers looking to buy a car
● Drive adherence to defined SOP and script while also being flexible to adapt to
customer needs
● Guide the team to lead through their search for the vehicle, highlighting USPs Ask relevant background questions, request for necessary documents, arrange for a test drive if required
● Coordinate with operations team and delivery associates to ensure seamless flow of
customer information
● Coordinate with procurement/sourcing team to ensure all buyer documents are
provided
● Ensure high productivity and best customer experience
المهارات
4 to 6 years of experience in Sales in Automotive Industry (Preferred) or Any Industry OR Startup
At least a Diploma certificate
Knowledge of the Saudi auto industry and ability to converse effectively in both English and Arabic is an added advantage
Excellent ability to collaborate and apply a cross- functional mindset
Driven by working hard, being challenged in a fast- paced environment, and having fun while doing so
Can join immediately
Very good sales & negotiations skills
