الوصف الوظيفي · Collaborate with Head of Department to develop and implement an effective communications strategy based on our target audience. · Collaborates with sales or marketing representatives to fully understand product and communication needs. · Communicating marketing trends and intelligence and producing reports. · Gathers the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyzes these materials to determine the most effective communications technique. · Based on assessment, drafts and proposes communications campaigns, which may include social and online media, print media, direct mail, and other multimedia. · Presents design ideas and recommendations to ticketing department. · Creates and coordinates multimedia packages. · Composes draft speeches for senior management and assists with finalizing speeches. · Schedules and develops filming scripts and production. · Evaluates success of campaigns when completed. · Write, edit, and distribute content, including proposals, website content, annual reports, speeches, and other marketing material that communicates the organization’s activities, products and/or services. · Seek opportunities to enhance the reputation of the brand, and coordinate publicity events as required. · Proficiency in design and publishing software. · Track and report on the effectiveness of all communication types the company is currently using, and come up with innovative ways to better share our message and brand with clients. · Edit and proofread all marketing materials such as brochures, ticketing initiatives, emails and advertisements. · Make recommendations to prospective clients of the various technical and marketing solutions available to meet their business needs · Create customized sales and marketing materials to suit varied potential audiences Demonstrate product knowledge to allow for effective presentation of company technology and services a. Present communications offerings in client pitches Develop and manage email campaigns and deliver content to effectively use Wafy’s databases for all events Exploit all opportunities to promote the event, which arise throughout the event planning e.g. community engagement and development initiatives Provide detailed analysis of event, seasonal and geographical marketing and sales patterns Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback to Department Manager. المهارات · A comprehensive knowledge of the entertainment industry, both locally and internationally · Current online, email, social, merchandise & other marketing experience within entertainment · Knowledge of consumer analysis tools such as Google Analytics · Preparing and delivering marketing presentations and reports to clients · Knowledge or experience of Entertainment and Sports events · Phenomenal communication and copywriting skills make a strong communications specialist. · Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills · Proactive and highly organised, with the ability to project manage various tasks to tight deadlines. · Able to build effective relationships at all levels · Strategic thinker, able to pull together and analyse data · Previous ticketing experience and knowledge of ticketing systems تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/ticketing-communication-4436491/ |
