Job description:
We are looking for a High Performing Senior Account Manager for all customer account management matters.
Selling IT Services and Solutions and mainly cloud from Medium to Enterprise customers.
Forecast and Track Key Account metrics.
Prepare reports on account status.
Clearly communicate the progress of monthly / Quarterly and Yearly initiatives to the Sales Manager.
Ensure and Maintain customer satisfaction primarily driven by value-add and business-related relationships.

Requirements:
7 – 10 years of Experience in Sales with proven Track Records, Technology solutions, and Services. Transformations, Cloud, Migrations, Infrastructure
Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Experience delivering client-focused solutions and services to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Self-Driven, entrepreneurial, and can-do attitude.
Good verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation ability.
B.S in Computer Science
Cloud certifications from Google, AWS, Microsoft …. Is a plus.
