الوصف الوظيفي Job Purpose As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize sales volume, achievement of distribution targets, implementation of agreed collection of accounts receivable and maintaining high levels of customer service. In addition to these duties the salesman will also provide his supervisor with latest market information in order to develop any sales opportunities. Principal Accountabilities • Sell the full range of products to an agreed list of customers. • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities. • Develop relationships and serve as a trusted consultant to customers. • Daily the salesman will agree his order requirements for the next selling period. • Ensure our customers receive world-class sales and customer service. • Maintaining individual customer stock levels to the agreed requirements in order to make sure that out of stock problems are kept to a minimum. • Advise the supervisor of any relevant competitor activity taking place in the area served by the salesman. This will be part of the daily debriefing with the supervisor. • The following Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) will be used to measure a salesman’s performance. المهارات • 3 years Sales experience in FMCG sector in the Riyadh region only. • Customer service skills. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Deep knowledge of Sales methods and the value proposition. • Experienced in building relationships in FMCG industry with effective decision making, contract negotiation and partner management skills. • Fluent Arabic and English communication skills. • Transferable Iqama • Valid Driving License • Valid Iqama تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/sales-executive-fmcg-4424786/ |
