Prepare detailed monthly inventory schedules, calculate average cost, and reconcile inventory accounts between systems and to the general ledger. Responsible to tracking the inventory levels, maintaining the inventory by conducting monthly physical counts and reconciling variances Managing inventory system, monthly, quarterly and annually and dead stock detail list Responsible to tracking the inventory levels, maintaining the inventory by conducting monthly physical counts and reconciling variances Taking proper measures to utilize the existing storage space in full capacity. Supervising re-arranging the parts based on category of the item and ensure hazardous materials are being handled properly. Ensure proper receiving and binning process is followed to make easy retrieval of the parts on demand. Managed all warehouse staff activities picking and packing scheduling and staging orders. Ensures the safety standards are being followed by all store personnel. Tasked with dispatching assessed all orders for product and appropriated mode of delivery and schedule of deliveries. المهارات Determining appropriate inventory levels while ensuring periodic parts turnover. To maintain contact with customers after purchase to ensure customer satisfaction. Generating Lost Sale Report in DMS. Communicating with customers and vendors in multi-cultural environment.
