Responsibilities:
Builds a competent environmental staff through recruitment and development efforts.
Provides leadership, guidance and technical support to operations management.
Maintains departmental budgets.
Maintains a positive and productive working relationship with the community and environmental agencies.
Coordinates site-wide activities; assists other businesses as required.
Serves as a member of the mill leadership team that assists in managing the day-to- day and strategic direction of the mill
المهارات
Bachelors degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related education.
Minimum 10 years of environmental experience required with thorough working knowledge at contracting and constructions companies.
