Key Accountabilities (Responsibilities)
Manage sales and activities reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing development and program improvement
Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with direct manager and staff members as necessary
Monitor businesses and agencies to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed services while staying within budgetary limits
Direct and coordinate development financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency
Plan and direct activities such as sales promotions, coordinating with other department heads as required
Maintain the department’s budget on a quarterly basis
Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies
Ensure targets are delivered through people management, performance review, reward and individual recognition
Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions
Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to
the selling process

Preform any other applicable task within his/her knowledge and experiences

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales, or any related field
Master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Sales, or any Preferable related field
Ten years’ experience in marketing, sales or any related role
Time management Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
The ability to build rapport with key clients
The ability to handle multiple client accounts
Strong negotiation and leadership skills
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Flexibly
