Maintain and maximize the sales

Create customer accounts in the system and maintain a correct profile information

Responsible for invoicing and collection activities

Ensure customers are served as their expectations

Issue destruction certificates for the customers after ensuring the service is done

Hand the collection daily to the branch accountant

Report the sales and collection activities to the sales supervisor

Engage with the customers to know their problems and concerns
