Develop a first-class project delivery service to support complex, multi-disciplined sites and the requirements of the client.
Strong customer focus.
Optimize revenue opportunities and streams to company from existing contracts.
Identify opportunities to add value to clients.
Develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with clients, service providers and third-parties.
Create an environment focused on continuous improvement.
Ensure that corporate policies and procedures are strictly adhered to, in order to maintain the integrity of the operational activities.
Maintain strategic overview on service progress both from a commercial and technical perspective.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, project administration files and costs (financial records).
Provide high level of customer service to both internal and external customers. Prompt response to queries in writing or by telephone.

Experienced user of software packages including MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, MS PowerPoint and MS Office.
