Role Summary:
The Product Manager is accountable for leading the achievement of the Portfolio s business results in all GCC countries by developing and implementing the portfolio strategy in exceptional manner. They will also work in close collaboration with EMEA, ensuring optimal alignment between EMEA and GCC TA strategies. The product manager will be accountable for achieving key business metrics (Market share, Patient share, Business Plan target etc.) with the core value team collaboration influenced by exceptional leadership without authority. They will lead and shape in developing and executing the successful launch strategy of new product/ indications and potential other pipeline products.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maximize sales and profit of STELARA for the appropriate time in its lifecycle by communicating a vision for the product that inspires both internal and external customers. Provide ongoing marketing support in order to meet company targets and grow brand revenues. Drive all marketing initiatives specific to the brand(s).
• Develop, lead, and ensure execution of marketing & business plans to meet future needs and expectations.
• Development of short-term tactical sales, Brand/Product management, marketing plans and contribution to longer-term tactical plans.
• Ensures brand integrity & equity by leading efforts across multiple functions, channels and regions to protect our brands from competition and maintain optimal servicing levels.
• Close cooperation with BUD, GM, Commercial Director, EHQ marketing team members, ME Sales team members & Specialists, and all marketing related functions.
Product tactical business plan in collaboration with key stakeholders:
• Commission market research through internal market research departments.
• Analyse primary and secondary market research and business intelligence.
• Use appropriate tools and cross functional inputs to product situational analysis
• Use CRM tools to implement CRM strategy and capture the use market information
• Communicate issues with key stakeholders via verbal and written communication and business meetings
• Brainstorm solutions and tactics
• Define brand tactical objectives+ Produce critical success factors
• Contribute to building strategy by advising on current product trends.
• Determine targeting and segmentation strategies
• Present tactical plan to MX marketing group
• Liaise with product development
Setting metrics and monitoring:
• Define brand metrics around specific marketing projects and monitor taking appreciate action.
• Optimally manage the marketing budget to avoid under/over spend and phase spend effectively.
• Analyze sales data to compare to forecast and adjust where necessary
Qualifications
Qualifications:
• Education: BA / BS in marketing or a related business field is required- MBA Preferred
• Experience: 6 years experience in multinational company including 2 years marketing experience.
• Product Management experience.
• Proven Gastro/Immunology experience
• Experience with business planning financial modeling.
• Fluency in English, Arabic is a plus
