Short Description (Role Purpose)
To plan and hold events in the Group from brand events to employee get-togethers
Job Accountabilities & Activities
Events
Plan, develop and execute corporate events in line with annual plan and budget
Coordinate and work with HQ group Functions & OpCos s on budget annual events
Put together a roster of vendors who meet annual plan with clear specs, negotiate best rates for products and services and extend offers to sister companies
Coordinate and supervise all tasks and team members (event coordinators, caterers etc.)
Take lead during events and ensure seamless well-coordinated function with 3rd party vendors and inhouse volunteers
Document events (success, shortcoming lessons learned and actual spend vs. budget)
Hospitality
Reception:
Supervise receptionists for T1 and T2, including a daily schedule
Ensure front desk reception protocols are adhered to and implemented at all times
Mailroom:
Supervise mailroom i including a daily schedule
Monitor efficient and timely mail distribution incoming/outgoing mails
Lunch Club:
Supervise daily lunch club services
Approve/suggest lunch club menu
Ensure food safety protocols including cleanliness and personal hygiene are in place
Monitor feedbacks from employees regarding the food taste/quality/presentation
Teaboy:
Ensure standard personal hygiene is in place
Monitor daily kitchen cleanliness and orderliness
Order uniform set for teaboy (includes long sleeve, pants, vest and shoes), once a year
Diversity Support
Explore internal and / or external practices and policies that contribute to or impact diversity equal opportunity objectives and goals
Provide assistance and support in all coordination efforts with internal and external entities.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor s degree in Business, Management, Management of Information Systems, Human Resources or a related discipline
Required Years of Experience
1-3 years of experience in relevant field
