Summary
Ensures that all Secretarial staff are/is well-trained in related functions and activities through participating in designing, developing, and executing of identified and required courses. Coordinates with respective areas to deliver the secretarial required education and training.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
• Participates in the secretarial processes and secretarial applicants/ Candidates.
• Participates in designing training courses required for secretarial in staff coordination with Academic & Training Affairs Department.
• Coordinates the logistics of the training venue with external/ internal trainers.
• Executes the designing and selected education and training courses for secretarial staff and ensures full assessment of secretarial performance.
• Collects data related to the needs of training and outcome of the training programs.
• Acts as the resource person regarding the statistics of the training activities.
• Reviews all the evaluation and attendance records of trainees.
• Assesses requests from various Departments requesting Secretarial for either Administrative or Committee actives and provide recommendation to the Head of Office Services.
• Ensures full coordination with Human Resources Management and Human Resources Services through proper channels to increase the saudization of Secretarial jobs by providing suitable replacement.
• Demonstrates, coordinates and arranges training sessions with other departments of the Hospital (Human Resources, Finance, HITA, Supply Chain Management, etc.) to increase and add to the professional skills of the staff, orients new section staff.
• Assists Pool Staff during the temporary coverage, if needed.
• Counsels Pool staff as appropriate and prepares performance evaluation based on received conclusion of each assignment.
Education
Bachelor s Degree in Education, or Business Administration or any related filed is required.
Experience Required
Three (3) years of Training,or Secretarial experience or other related experience is required.
Other Requirements(Certificates)
Formal Secretarial Office Training is required.
