Preparing annual budget and presenting to higher management, setting up objectives and targets for different division and individuals.
Establish proactive and efficient operational environment. Operations Monitor the Central kitchen operations and enhance the business model.
Manage the budget, costs and other financial accountabilities of the operation division.
Holding full P&L;responsibility for KSA and reporting to the COO.
Maximize the profitability as per short- and long-term plans.
Deliver a consistent, sustainable, high performing and growth driven F&B;business.
Optimize the existing concepts and products and develop and oversee the implementation of new brand concepts and products.
Lead the corporate strategy, drive operations with a team built up of specialists and elite players and execute plans across the entire group operation, this will include further brand expansion and new office establishment throughout Saudi Arabia.
Review financial statements, sales and activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and to determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
Direct and coordinate organization’s financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments and increase efficiency
Determine staffing requirements and interview hire and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes.
Determine goods and services to be sold, and set prices and credit terms, based on forecasts of clients demand Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission – specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
Play significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
Coordinate and manage subordinates, facilitate interdepartmental communication and allocate tasks and resources as needed
Gather and link information, resolve discrepancies and make strategic recommendations
Maintains discipline, rules and regulations of central kitchen employees in order to maximize their output.
Maintain optimal of sanitary procedures for all food handling and maintain neat and clean kitchen area and ensure optimal quality of all food preparation and ensure compliance to all standards.
Build and lead a talented operations team in KSA .
Work in association with the central kitchen Team, driving the market strategy and developing and executing initiatives to achieve them.
Motivate and leverage existing staff to continually drive results.
Implementation of the company vision and solutions — this includes being hands-on within each and every function of the business from Operations, Finance, Sales, Marketing and HR.
Deliver value in a manner that meets both clients and company goals
Cost control and profitability in all operations

المهارات
Master’s degree in hospitality management, Food Service Management, Hotel/Restaurant Management, Business Administration or similar is preferable.
8 years relevant experience, of which 4 years in GCC countries and food and beverage industry , hands-on management of all 360’ functions that may include (but not limited to); operations, sales, analytics, marketing and project management.
Proven exposure and experience leading teams across multiple territories.
Excellent judgment and critical thinking skills with the ability to utilize data to establish trigger point priorities and develop a tactic to deploy them.
Energetic and motivational leadership styles focused on personal influence.
Being passionate and thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to navigate complex systems and deliver key solutions to existing and future obstacles.
Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity.
Experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders and managing expectations against rapid growth deadlines.
Working within a start-up environment (tech) is an added advantage but not essential.
Excellent English & Arabic communication skills.
Excellent analytical and negotiations skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strategic thinking
Knowledge of GCC F&B;market.

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with individuals of varied backgrounds

Preferably Young Generation candidate ( Early to mid 30’s)
