Skills needed for a recruitment specialist position: 1-Proficiency in the use of human resource management programs and applicant tracking systems. 2-The ability to use social networks and publish employment advertisements. Understand labor legislation and laws. 3-Proficiency in communication skills with different personalities. 4-Ability to manage and organize time and task order.
