Facilities Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
Uses knowledge of material science, engineering theory, economics and demographics to devise, construct and keep up physical structures. Assist in the development and quality control of statements of work. Assist in quality control inspection and review for R&I;of monitored projects. Oversea and monitor the progress of construction projects undertaken by the directorate. Suggest specialties and additional requirements needed for safety and regulatory compliance on projects contracted for the directorate.

المهارات
A.  Education:

1.  A bachelor’s degree is required with a major in Mechanical engineering.

2.  A professional engineer registered with Saudi Engineers Council.

3.  CAD, AutoCAD, Design Skills, Site Development, Database Design, Planning, Conceptual Skills.

B.  Other Specific Requirements: PHYSICAL DEMANDS

1.  Ability to communicate in Arabic and English with project management and other co-workers.

2.  Regular use of a variety of measuring tools, the telephone and e-mail for communication is essential.  Standing or sitting for extended periods is common.

3.  Good math and reasoning ability is essential.  Able to apply statistical calculations, analysis of variance, correlation techniques, and sampling theory as well as geometry, trigonometry, algebra, linear equations, and other analytics as required.

Able to communicate professionally with both the customer and contracted companies for completion of projects undertaken by the directorate.
