Excellent knowledge of Cisco Call Manager, Unity Connection, IM & Presence

Excellent knowledge of Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), CMM Module

Excellent Knowledge of Cisco WebEx

Good knowledge of Cisco Contact Center Express

Good knowledge of Cisco Contact Center Enterprise

Good knowledge of routing and switching.

Good knowledge of security architecture and products.

Very Strong Consulting and communication skills
