Summary
Audits, analyzes and processes documents relating to employee relations section.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
1.Analyses documents to determine employee s eligibility for benefits. Ensures that all entitlements are in accordance with Hospital policy. Coordinates final processing of documents with other departments.
2.Reviews and recommends suggestions to update IPP.
3.Assists new employees in signing their contracts, provides supporting documents and response to any inquiries.
4.Ensures that all required documents are complete and that all necessary information is obtained from the departments.
5.Processes documents of terminating employees. Determines payments owed to employees overpayment to the employees requiring reimbursement to the Hospital.
6.Deals and handles bank accounts issues.
7.Processes of Social Club loans applications.
8.Provides reception window coverage as required.
9.Issues all types of certificates and memorandums.
10.Inputs data into computer, reviews data to ensure accuracy and maintains log.
11.Receives all documents from Police/Courts representatives and investigate cases and informs concerned employees.
12.Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures.
13.Participates in self & others education, training and development, as applicable.
14.Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education
Bachelor s or Associate Degree/ Diploma in Hospital Administration, Business Administration or other related discipline is required.
Experience Required
One (1) year of related experience with Bachelor s or three (3) years with Associate Degree/ Diploma is required.
