• Overseeing the logistical requirements of a project
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation
• Meeting regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress
• Regularly reviewing timings, budget, and project plans to ensure work stays on track
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within contract timescales
• Monitoring progress, costs and checking quality
• Monitoring construction productivity and schedule performance
Planner requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 15 years experience
• Previous Gulf construction management experience, ideally in healthcare
• Significant Project management experience
• English and Arabic speaker at a professional level
• Must be based or willing to relocate to Riyadh
• Must be degree qualified in Architectural Engineering
• Must be able to start within 30 days.
