الوصف الوظيفي
Role:
To lead the execution of all the projects contracted by the company across different fields and within the entire Project Portfolio.
Approve projects plans and budgets and present the same to Top Management in the company.
Accountable that all projects are completed in accordance with the contractual requirements in terms of time, quality and safety while being within the budgetary cost set for the project by the Commercial Department.
Maximizes the commercial returns from the projects executed by the group.
Ensure the availability of resources and assets required to efficiently execute the projects
Accountable for building adequate procedures and business processes and work flow between various departments under his command as well as interfaces with other departments in the company.
Carry out resource optimization to ensure the profitability of the Company and the competitiveness.
Ensure that clients with who the company is in contract with are satisfied with the performance.
Accountable to meet the cash flow targeted during the tender of projects by timely raising payment requests and following up on the same till they hit the company account.

Profile of Successful Candidate:
Age ideally 40 -55
Education: Adequate qualification in Engineering discipline; a master degree in engineering, business administration is an important addition.
Certifications: Relevant certifications are of great value such as PMP
Any nationality, preferably Saudi nationals

Experience & Exposure Requirements:

A minimum of 20 years experience is required for the successful candidate, of which a minimum of 5 years in the same role in reputable companies. Successful candidates shall have previous exposure at similar role in companies with multi-billion annual revenue which operate in the following fields:

Project development and investment according to IPP, PPP in the fields of Energy, Utility, Infrastructure. Preferably in Saudi Arabia or Middle East.
EPC Contracting in the field of Power, Water Oil & Gas, and Industrial projects and different infrastructure projects.

Skills Profile:
Excellent Presentational and skills
Strong Command of English language, Arabic language skills are important addition but not a must.
Strong Analytical skills.
Familiar with business arrangements and models as practiced in the Region and Internationally.
Familiarity with procurement models such as unit rate, EPC, LSTK, PPP, BOT types of contract.
General Management and leadership skills.
