We are currently looking for a Senior Recruitment Manager, for our Experienced Hires Recruiting Team IMEA this role can be based in either Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Riyadh

The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Global Head of Experienced Recruiting & Director of Talent IMEA, the Senior Recruitment Manager will lead the overall recruiting strategy across India, the Middle East and Africa offices of our Experienced Consulting hires, ensuring that hiring goals are achieved whilst addressing the logistical, geographical and branding issues of recruiting experienced consultants; a strong focus on building a diverse candidate pool will play a key part in this role.
This Senior Recruitment Manager role is an exciting growth opportunity to work in a complex and fast-growing market you ll have control of planning and setting and executing the regional recruiting strategy for the IMEA region. This role has direct exposure to, and interaction with, our IMEA Partners and other senior IMEA internal clients.
As Senior Recruitment Manager you will also have the responsibility for a small recruitment team, including coaching and mentoring them, as well as managing their development and training.
