• To lead the digital transformation office project teams including all project resources.
• To manage projects in delivering a consulting tasks to customer.
• To ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and meet expectations,
• To Assure project delivered document as per Devoteam quality.
• To follow-up on Digital Strategy execution and performance management.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Experience in managing project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables, which includes planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
• Experience in managing & delivering Strategy or digital strategy projects.
• Hands on experience in delivering balance scope card/performance management scope or proven track of Business planning or business modeling.
• Any previous experience in e-service transformation , digital strategy or digital transformation project.
• Understanding of the data management and data analysis concepts.
• Understanding of Business Analysis and requirements management concepts
• Responsible for delivering on commitment, in quality delivery, to meet customer expectation and maintaining customer relationships.
• Strong Enterprise Architecture Development Management background with an in-depth understanding of obtaining detailed requirements and understanding of processes and the business.
• Project Management experience utilizing methodologies such as PMI, Prince II or Agile.
• Ability to liaise with in-house technical teams as well as 3rd party vendors and integrators.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written.
• Excellent knowledge in change management.
• Excellent knowledge in performance management & Balance score card.
• Fluently spoken in Arabic and English.
