Medical Director, Plastic Surgery

MPA Recruitment has been appointed by one of the leading hospital and healthcare groups in the MENA region to source a highly skilled Medical Director for their new Plastic Surgery facility in Riyadh. This is a world-class health complex due to be staffed by a team of renowned experts across plastic surgery and cosmetology.

As Medical Director, you will oversee the effective running of this new facility. You will be responsible for preparing the hospital for official opening, actively recruiting the senior management team and play a key role in achieving the aims of the centre. You will oversee the provision of satisfactory, high quality medical care to patients and of appropriate consultative services as requested, in accordance with standards of medical care laid down by the hospital. You will assume responsibility for patients under your care and will liaise with various support service departments and medical specializations to provide appropriate and timely medical care.

You will hold a post-qualification board certification with one of the following:

USA: The relevant American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in area of specialty/sub-speciality;
Canada: Fellowship of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons (FRCPS-C) in area of specialty/sub-speciality;
UK/Ireland: CCT/CCST Certification and GMC/IMC Specialty Register Listing, in area of specialty/sub-speciality;
Or other equivalent Western European certification.

You will also have a current and clean medical license to practice in your country of origin / country of practice.
