Main Responsibilities:
• Contribute in creating and setting the vision for the organization and define the overall strategy including long-term goals.
• Drive growth, profitability and company value
• Develop and implement scalable and efficient strategies to ensure both consistent results and exponential growth
• Provide ongoing reporting, develop actionable insights, test and learn approach to new initiatives

• Manage threats and competitions in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of financial structure, capital strategy and strategic priorities.
• Provide expert guidance to all functional areas, including operations, sales and product.
• Regularly report updates to the executive management and other stakeholders regarding progress on strategic priorities, and collaborate with them to accelerate progress.
• Lead and invest in partnerships and relationships to drive growth.
• Establish credibility throughout the customer and partner network by authentic engagement to galvanize the organization to create and drive solutions to core business challenges,
Main Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in business administration, or any relevant major. Master Degree is a must
• Extensive experience in the field of digital technology and Ecommerce
• Ability to manage both strategically and operational (all related processes)
• Experience with corporate start-up’s
• Knowledge and experience of Technology and financial services from a technical perspective is an advantage
• Experience with implementing Performance Management
• Good understanding and appreciation for an effective relationship with important stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and knowledge of sharing best practices
• Proven track record of building successful products and high caliber teams from the ground up, ideally in current roles
• Excellent influencing skills and an ability to forge effective working relationships with colleagues across a wide range of disciplines and seniority
• Able to manage all related stakeholder liaison activities with a range of parties including third sector partners

• Previous experience of working in multinational organizations
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Fluency in Arabic & English (verbal and written)
