-Implement the business within the store responsibilities in accordance with the terms of the Company s Management Agreements, Company Policies and Guidelines, Managed Outlets Operations Manual, Retail Staff Handbook, Retail Health & Safety Manual, and Quality through People Staff Training Manual to ensure work standard and profit target is being achieved.
-Simulate and motivate staff on utilize up selling technique to promote our unique product, coach and train on an ongoing basis to ensuring 100% delivering of the customer service and sales target is being achieved.
-Implement Food Hygiene Regulations, Health & Safety at store and ensures equipment is maintained, cleanliness of the store, speed of service is being observed and store management is on track.
-Monitor and utilize stores expenses such as food cost, wastage, utilities, packaging and other related expenditures to ensure expenses are well manage to achieved higher turnover rate on Net Controllable Income.
Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in any relevant field, or depending on previous experience and aptitude .
• 4 years of experience in same role.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
• English Arabic fluent.
• Ability to give full attention to other people.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Knowledge of Restaurant Operating system.
