Responsibilities of maintaining the control center and equipment.
Operator keeps written log of any suspicious activities captured by the surveillance equipment.
Report incidents or suspicious behavior and contact CCTV System Supervisor/ Security Director when necessary.
Maintain daily logs shift reports and incident report and editing captured images and inform CCTV System Supervisor/ Security Director.
Responsible for operating and maintain the equipment, watching both live and recorded videos.
Ensure that the control room and all equipment in maintained satisfactorily at all times by managing the CCTV maintenance.
Ensure sufficient coverage during monitoring.
Keep the management information system up to date and produce monthly/quarterly performance reports, as required.
Monitor CCTV Cameras while on duty to ensure that peace and order in the area is maintain.
Report any person being suspected of unauthorized entry in the Hospital/ Housing area and, inform security supervisor / Assistant Commander of the Security.
Prepare written reports on all incidents which occurred during his duty.
Ensure close coordination with liason of local Saudi Authorities if any issue or matters arise.
Assists the Security Director / Security Commander in the investigation of any crime (incidents) occurring in Hospital/Housing compound.
Supervise the tasks, duties and jobs of (exact position) on a daily basis and recommend areas for improvement.
Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his/her knowledge, skills and abilities.
