Duties and Responsibilities:
Be responsible in organizing efficient workflow in the organization and management of clinical training of Therapy Radiographer Students.
Ensure that all the required clinical and technical training for Therapy Radiographer Students are based on the current clinical practice and on Evidence-based practice.
Monitor and record the Therapy Radiographer students clinical and technical training process.
Develop, review and implement a Competency Profiler to assess the learning process of the Therapy Radiographer Students.
Function as a Senior Therapy Radiographer when not involved in teaching procedures.
Continuously be updated with the current evidence-based clinical and technical knowledge related to Radiation Therapy.
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities.
المهارات
Good knowledge and experience in specialized procedure including TBI, TSET, SRS, Brachytherapy, CTSim, Procedures and Gamma Knife Procedures.
Good working knowledge and experience in QA based on JCI, ACR, QUATRO or equivalent program.
Good working knowledge of Ms Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently to achieve stated objectives.
Ability to motivate and guide students to the best clinical practice goal.
Education:
العلاج الإشعاعي - خبرة ثلاث (3) سنوات في العلاج الإشعاعي بما في ذلك خبرة سريرية لا تقل عن سنة (1) في تخطيط العلاج.
