الوصف الوظيفي Learning & Development Sr. Specialist will be responsible for identifying, creating and delivering engaging training to alfanar employees. Designs, develops, implements, and maintains training programs instructional design. Partners closely with L&D;Center manager in identifying key learning opportunities. Supports L&D;team to drive internal and external learning on topics specific to the Professional Development in alignment with the L&D;Center manager. Responsible for all administration work in the L&D;Center. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Coordinate with training representatives to identify Learning and development needs. - Lead efforts to build innovative training courses, curriculum, and programs to drive improvement in alfanar overall performance. - Deliver planned semi-annual and annual training calendar and schedules to the L&D;manager. - Deliver the required training programs and L&D;courses for alfanar employees. - Responsible for the L&D;Center administration work. - Collaborate with companies to drive high impact training. - Deliver all the required learning and development internal programs. - Design, refine, and lead trainings, including content that is core for all employees, and supplemental learning opportunities for those who want to engage more deeply. - Develop and organize effective training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials using a variety of media. - Support development of course evaluation procedures and conduct follow-up review of all completed training to evaluate and measure results. - Coordinate, support, and ensure availability of facilitators, and guest instructors. - Support appropriate scheduling and coordination of training. - Refine, and implement systems that drive the alignment of onboarding, coaching, evaluation. - Ensure our programs are implemented in ways that are aligned to alfanar construction, and train related teams on our products and our messaging. - Design, development, and implementation courses for internal training. - Design and implement performance-based assessments for employees, and provide specific, timely feedback and other remediation efforts to encourage growth. - Analysis of robust data from educator feedback surveys, field observations, online self-study courses, and performance-based assessments to enhance learning and development strategy. - Utilize innovative learning methods to demonstrate ROI. - Maintain stakeholder relationships and expectations. - Delivering reports to the L&D;Center Manager in regular basis. - Align all the work process and procedures with the L&D;Center Manager in regular basis. المهارات Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, L&D;or Education. 10+ years in relevant work experience is required; 1+ year of supervisory or project management experience is preferred. Intermediate to Expert proficiency using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Planner and other innovative digital technologies.
