A Training Specialist will be responsible for assessing performance of the staff and propose training programs as per the need of the store in order to bridge gaps and boost employees’ workplace performance in compliance with the company’s core values. You will be responsible for designing and delivering training schedule and learning content and materials for facilitating all phases of the training program.
المهارات
· Must have experience in conducting and completing training sessions successfully
· Hands-on experience with the learning management software
· Good computer skills (MS Office)
· Good Bilingual skills (Arabic and English) Well-organized and responsible with problem-solving skills
· Excellent communication skills
