الوصف الوظيفي - Works within a given budget to purchase goods and services for an organization - Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements. - Ensures that products are delivered in a timely manner, and that the quality of the goods received is satisfactory - Coordinate with warehouse team to ensure timely delivery and to update PO’s status. - Negotiate terms with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations, etc. - Checks invoices for accuracy, and authorizes the accounts payable department to issue payment as per the agreed terms. - Evaluates the performance of certain vendors in order to decide whether or not to continue buying from them - Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. المهارات - Strong computer skills. (MS Office products & should be able to create and manage the PO’s/Payments in ERP system with tracking’s) - Good financial understanding - Analytical and presentation skills - Able to develop quality relationships with suppliers - Improve supplier relationships - Market research – Assessing the options for meeting the objective need. - Negotiation and contracting – The central function of procurement. - Skills to interviewing vendors for pre-qualification process. - Awareness of E-Stores and prices as well.
