Pre-Sales Specialist (Electrical)

General Job Description:

The Pre-Sales Specialist will work closely with the Business Development team members on new sales opportunities.

Specific Job Description:

To work closely with the sales and business development team on all enquiries and proposals
Review Bids and Tender documents and advise the team about the project opportunities.
Attend customer meetings with the sales team as technical expert.
Make site surveys to understand the actual status of site conditions as part of the tender costing preparation.
Prepare detailed cost sheet for the bids / tenders and discuss with the team for any further clarifications.
Handle customer enquiries / request for quotation (RFQ) , review and identify technical requirements / devices / equipment as per RFQ , Prepare accurate and cost effective offer
Coordinate with the product suppliers and project team as necessary for the preparation of tender costing.

المهارات
Skills/Qualifications:

Strong Technical Knowledge of Low Voltage products (Cables, Panels, Transformers, Wiring Devices, etc.)
Proficiency in using computer applications including MS Office tools, Web browsing
Commercial Awareness
Attention to details skills
Strong communication skill both in English and Arabic
Good in team work as well as individual tasks
Well aware about market trends and practices

Experiences:

Minimum 03 years of relevant experience in the same capacity
At least 2 years of commercial experience with LV/MV/HV power projects
Good LV/MV/HV technical background
Familiar with switch gear/MCC design & applications
Good knowledge about EPC contracts and power equipment Installations and EPC contractors
Experience in the biding of High Voltage- HV underground, overhead line and stations projects
Experience in the biding of solar energy projects
Experience in the biding Low Current projects
