الوصف الوظيفي Main Duties & Responsibilities · Identify Tenders in official Government & Private Sectors tender portal. · Matching published tenders with the organisation’s main activities and capabilities within the related industries. · Periodic daily reporting to management in relation to opportunities including updates on published tenders, pre-qualification, RFQs & RFPs. · Upon management’s approval, to proceed in participating on the relevant tenders and communicate with Finance Department on payments to be processed for acquiring the tenders. · To download and distribute tender specifications to Key Management and all relevant department within the organisation including Procurement, Projects, Operations, Manufacturing & Finance Department as required. · To provide full and comprehensive translation of the relevant tenders into English in an accurate and timely manner. · Strict tracking of tender requirements, including samples requirement, bid requirement and deadlines. · Periodic reports to key management on updates and progress of bid process. · Following up with each department within the organisation of their tasks for compilation of bid submission. · Compile Bid information including from Procurement, Projects, Operations, Manufacturing and Finance and collate all information neatly, accurately and timely into a proper “Bid Submission Pack” for final approval by Key Management. · To upload final approved “Bid Submission Pack” on to designated online portal upon approval by Key Management. · Tracking progress and tender results on the portal and report accordingly to key management. · Any other Ad-Hoc tasks as instructed by key management relevant to the role assigned. المهارات Required skills: تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/bid-management-executive-4388767/ |
