General Manager of Product

Responsibilities:

Define and execute products’ business vision and strategy, go-to-market plans, positioning, messaging and all elements related to the business case for new features, modules & products.
Assist in building and managing a product road map to support our goals and strategies.
Clearly communicating with stakeholders throughout the product development process and managing expectations.
Act as the main owner of the product internally and externally, and act as the primary contact for any queries related to the product.
Responsible for analyzing, capturing, structuring, and prioritizing functional and non-functional platform requirements.
Translation and definition of requirements into use cases, flow charts, and gap analysis.
Lead the requirement process within the developer’s team. Support and guide development teams in planning, development and be responsible for product acceptance.
Handle the execution of the delivery of all committed features from inception to final delivery.
Contribute to creating a high-performing team by training, coaching, and guiding team members on best practices & processes.
المهارات
Requirements:

Strong B2B SaaS Product Management experience from the relevant sectors, such as; F&B;, Fintech, Retail,..etc.
Have a track record in product management, demonstrating a product that you have created and launched into the market.
Able to take an active role in technical discussions while ensuring we remain focused on business goals and strategic objectives.
Experience in defining product features built collaboratively with design and engineering peers.
Have a multidisciplinary thinking approach, comfortable/talented at blending different perspectives in the pursuit of a mission.
Have proven experience in leading a team of highly skilled engineers, building credibility and trust across functions.
Strong organizational skills with a demonstrated ability to reprioritize across multiple projects.
