Responsibilities:

Strategically leads Marketing:

Leads motivate & deliver leading-edge marketing strategies including:

A cohesive, comprehensive & agile overall approach to strategy development, including effective use of insight-driven data
Targeted & measurable marketing campaigns to deliver on strategic plan objectives which include an emphasis on growth & diversification
Innovative & contemporary digital marketing strategies which result in lead generation & customer acquisition
Effective use of collateral that is contemporary & responsive
A partnership ethos to internal & external strategy development
Strategically leads Communications​​​​​​​:

Leads & delivers effective communication strategies including:

Delivering an overall communication strategy including public relations & social media in line with business objectives
Ensuring the overall strategy is refreshed regularly to be relevant & guides other communications
Targeted & measurable project/issue-specific communication campaigns to deliver on strategic plan objectives & emerging issues
A contemporary media strategy that is proactive, supplemented by issue management plans
Monitoring media trends including competitor presence, feeding back into key corporate plans
A partnership ethos to internal & external strategy development

المهارات
To fit this role, you must have:

At least 10 years of management experience in the marketing communications field.
Extensive experience leading brand, marketing & communications within medium to large organizations
Track record of developing leading-edge strategy complemented by outstanding delivery of outcomes
Deep understanding of a customer service-oriented organization
High-level business acumen
Bachelor degree in marketing or relevant to the role
