Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Design Mechanical Engineer with relevant experience in the field of and construction, infrastructure projects, and water treatment plants.

Requirements

Extensive experience in the design of Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting system for construction and infrastructure projects.
Prepare Mechanical designs drawings, Calculations, and reports.
Apply sound knowledge of the latest international and SBC, ASME API 650 NFPA AWWA UL ANSI. codes and make use of engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) for mechanical calculations.
Determine required Mechanical component/material quality based on designs.
Knowledgeable with international codes
Able to analyze design including detailed engineering of pressure vessels floating roof tanks refrigerated tanks heat exchangers.
Should be proficient and experienced in Mechanical software and Computer Applications like Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS OFFICE.
Excellent communication skills in English written oral
Experience and capabilities in HVAC infrastructure (district cooling) design would be an asset.
Candidates will be able to prepare clear and detailed calculations using proprietary HVAC design software such as Carrier E-20/HAP, Elite, etc., and be familiar with other computer programs for duct and pipe sizing, ESP drop, and heat gain.
In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and services for a variety of building types, including high-rise corporate and residential, hospitality, low-rise commercial and retail, leisure and recreational, educational, and healthcare facilities is essential.
Provides expert technical advice and recommendations.
Leads internal design preparation and reviews, quality assurance and proposes a methodology for problem-solving and analysis on complex design or clients issues.
Coordinate effectively with other architects and other engineers throughout project lifecycles (planning, concept, preliminary, final, etc.); review and understand their drawings and specifications to ensure that adequate provisions in Mechanical designs are made based on the designs provided by the other sections.
Protect the confidentiality of all designs within the section at all times.
Maintain continuous quality control on all drawings produced under the section, ensuring that they adhere to quality standards (e.g. high standards of visual presentation, error-free, properly dimensioned, x-referenced, etc.).
Check and evaluate the design and material specifications for tender.
Assist on-site engineers by responding to technical queries which they raise, assist site staff in verifying sample materials submitted by contractors (as and when required) to ensure compliance against ministerial requirements and specifications.
Research and analyze customer design proposals.

Electrical Engineer

We are looking for a Design Electrical Engineer with relevant experience in the field of and construction, infrastructure projects, and water treatment plants.

Responsibility:-

Prepare Electrical designs drawings and reports.
Prepare all required calculations.
Apply sound knowledge of the latest international and SBC codes and make use of engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
Design or plan electrical systems in accordance with statutory regulation, local and international standards, and codes.
Develop conceptual design, SOW, and BOQ for all electrical-related Project Requests.
Determine required Electrical component/material quality based on designs.
Maintain continuous quality control on all drawings produced under the section, ensuring that they adhere to quality standards (e.g. high standards of visual presentation, error-free, properly dimensioned, x-referenced, etc.).
Check and evaluate the design and material specifications for tender.
Provide technical advice.

المهارات
Mechanical Engineer

Male / Female, Bachelors or Higher Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical Design Engineering.
Available immediately.
Must be registered in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Transferable Iqama.

Electrical Engineer

Male / Female, Bachelor of Structural Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Electrical Design Engineering.
Available immediately.
Must be registered in the Saudi Council of Engineers.
Transferable Iqama.
