الوصف الوظيفي Build the e-Commerce Strategy plan and engagement with various departments concerned (Sales, Digital Marketing, CRM, Communication, and Operations) Build the e-Commerce budgets and operational plans Build E-Commerce and Omni-Channel strategist / achieveSet KPIs for the e-Commerce team and control and improve the performance Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into E-Commerce projects Ensure a seamless information flow within and between the teams and awareness of the e-Commerce business (Responsibilities) Focus on products content development activities Coordinating with Digital marketing agencies and builds effective digital marketing campaigns Build E-Commerce overview reports Build the e-Commerce Strategy plan and engagement with various departments concerned (Sales, Digital Marketing, CRM, Communication, and Operations) Build the e-Commerce budgets with GM/CEO and the commercial team Build Year-On-Year e-commerce and Omni-Channel projects and product development Work with Tech teams / partners to build a contemporary state of the part web platform (Website / App / PWA – as and when required) Business Indices: Annual Operating Plan / Unit Matrix Plan / Revenue Stream Mapping / Customer Lifetime value /RFM / Margin Bleed for the Online Business Directing Digital Marketing teams & Agencies towards an acquisition / retention plan with clear focus on optimizing COA / CPR / ROAS Optimize SEO (On Page / Off Page / Content) and continuously evaluate performance to ensure Optimum organic traffic % Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Marketing, Display Network Marketing, Affiliation Marketing, Re targeting and other digital marketing methods Mange Product merchandizing activities for creating relevant and interesting content for online customers Participate in setting up the stock allocation plan in collaboration with the Buyer and the e-merchandiser Supervise and ensure the efficiency of logistics processes in coordination with the logistics team CRM / Data Base Marketing Ensure a seamless information flow within and between the teams and awareness of the e-Commerce business Collaborate with the Traffic manager, the Community & Engagement manager and the Content manager Ensure the technical operability & optimization of the websites on each device with IT Manage all aspects of web analytics related to e-commerce and communicate relevant information to team members, executive leadership and cross-functional partners (KPI Based Performance Evaluation) Partner with key cross-functional teams to ensure all relevant organizational goals and implications are factored into e-commerce projects Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase e-commerce sales and profitability Ensure constant update of new technologies and strategies to ensure the Brand remains at the forefront of online players Keep challenging the current organization and processes with benchmarks and explore new opportunities to implement Record, monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and provides suggested action plans (Standers Responsibilities) Comply with Modern Electronics’ policy and procedures Preform any other applicable task within his/her knowledge and experiences المهارات Bachelor’s degree with a specialization in marketing or business or any related filed Five Years of Functional Ecom Experience in the same filed, for example (Noon/ Namshi/ Flipkart / Zalora / Ounass etc) Six Years of Functional Ecom Experience in the same filed Functional Experience of Digital Marketing (All) Collaborative experience of working with tech / platform / Web UX teams Magneto / GA / SM/ CRM Extensive knowledge of ecommerce technologies and tactics, especially in PXM, DAM, MDM software’s as well as sophisticated analytics A self-described data wizard able to interpret data and draw conclusions to implement new ecommerce strategies Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives Leading and People management skills Smart marketing skills Strong google / e-commerce analytical Strong business analytical skills \Strong oral and written communication skills well-organized and detail oriented Good MOS Skill تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/head-of-e-commerce-4381663/ |
