Supporting the HR & Administration Director in the implementation of the overall HR strategy.
Managing Recruitment, Performance Management and Training and Development activities.
Counseling employees and Line Managers in relation to these matters.
Implement recruitment, manpower planning, performance management and employees’ development strategy for ORG that contributes to the vision, mission and business objectives.
Assess on a yearly basis the organizational workforce needs based on the business plan and approved projects/initiatives and develop a manpower and recruitment plan qualitative and quantitative.
Evaluate, monitor and improve sourcing, screening and selection practices, methodologies, tools and time frames.
Identify key positions within the organization and ensure a talent pipeline within the organization is developed and available when needed
Assist the HR Director in identifying learning and training opportunities for Senior Management based on the analysis of conducted TNA’s, identifying relevant programs, following up on the implementation, seeking feedback upon completion, and channeling this feedback towards improvements.
Assist the HR Director in coaching and guiding Senior Management on understanding and applying performance and talent management policies before, during and after each performance cycle and through the performance assessment period.
Analyze training needs analysis from the performance assessment and ensure that the results from the analysis are leading into appropriate learning and development as well as training activities.
Manage organizational and HR KPIs dashboard, ensure data are periodical updated and analyze the results.
Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for actions to be taken to the HR & Admin Director.

Very good communication and presentation skills in English & Arabic required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Knowledge of relevant systems, tools and applications required
Very good knowledge of the applicable laws, rules and regulations
Excellent coordination and administration skills
Good understanding of applicable governmental policies and procedures
Knowledge of interviewing and assessment techniques, methodologies and tools
