Responsibilities:
Define project plan and milestones
Clear articulation of client problem statement (s)
Review and analyze challenges in the client environment
Identify and define potential solutions / recommendations for addressing problem statements
Assist in Business Development activities
Prepare minutes of meeting
Prepare project deliverables
Prepare and communicate project progress
Contribute to Practice development
Continuously upgrade skills through relevant certifications
Experience areas:
Project and Program management lifecycle
Agile planning and delivery
Business requirements analysis
Enterprise architecture
Data management concepts
IT service management
Information security
Industry knowledge:
Core banking
Retail lending products and services
Payments products and services
Trade Finance
Corporate banking

Skills:
Strong analytical skills to understand business processes
Strong research capabilities to contrast and compare leading practices in Financial services
Good communication (oral & written)
Good narrative capabilities to define problem statements
Ability to understand the big picture while focusing on specific aspects
Time bound delivery
Proficient in Excel, Visio, Word & Powerpoint
