Our client is a leading retail company based in Riyadh, with a diversified businesses activity. The company is looking for a Marketing Manager who can develop, plan and execute marketing plans, programs & strategies, as well as supervising all advertising & marketing operational activities to attract new customers as well as maintaining the good relations with the existing ones.
Key responsibilities:
Coordination & participation with the top management in order to develop Long & short-term business strategies that will be aiming to achieve the company’s objectives
Supervising the implementation of the targeted & approved plans/strategies and reviewing their effectiveness on ongoing basis
Coordination with the concerned departments to develop plans that able to promote the products in order to increase sales as well as achieving the company’s objectives & targets
Supervising the status of the competing companies in terms of sales volume, market share, prices, and products quality, and setting plans to achieve a head start in competition
Supervising studies & questionnaires related to customers needs & market development , studying their results and working on developing appropriate plans
Supervising the advertising operations used with the need to develop new and innovative means of advertising
Supervising the implementation of the marketing & promotion plans and introducing the company through marketing & promotional campaigns, festivals and offers
Supervising the use of various means of advertising, whether audio, visual or written, to increase and attract more customers
the use of E-Services & E-Marketing in the marketing process, to achieve the aimed goals and to reach to the largest segment of customers at the lowest costs
Preparing periodic reports to the CEO on the work progress and achievements
المهارات
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
Trainings and related certificates are a plus.
At least 7 years of experience in managing the marketing department and its operations.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Saudi Female
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience in putting and implementing marketing strategies.
Able to work under pressure and finding solutions on the spot.
Good negotiator, able to convince people and a good decision maker.
