الوصف الوظيفي Industry: Must be from Recruitment/Staffing/Manpower/HR background Nationality: Saudi/Arab Linguistic Ability: Must be able speak/write fluent Arabic and English Age Limit: 28 Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience Education: Bachelors/Master’s degree in HR/Marketing or relevant Technical Ability: Familiarity with computer applications especially Microsoft office and its minor software Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Notice Period: Immediate joiner preferred المهارات Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Administering appropriate company assessments Performing reference and background checks Making recommendations to company hiring managers Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers Following up on the interview process status Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations Completing timely reports on employment activity Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, contacting recruiters, and using newsgroups and job sites Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments تفاصيل الوظيفة https://www.bayt.com/ar/saudi-arabia/jobs/recruitment-specialist-4374097/ |
