Position Title: Procurement/Purchasing Officer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K SAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA
About the Client:
The company is a fast-growing food and beverage holding group in the Middle East.
Job Description:
Liaise between the company, local government customs, andfreight shipping companies to facilitate proper transit of orders received internationally
Secures permits and documentations from concerned government municipalities and authorities related to order delivery
Ensures that deliveries are received on time and coordinates with the respective warehouses for proper storage
Handles insurance claims and processing of documents related to freight guarantee and insurance
المهارات
Qualifications:
Open to Asian nationals
40 years old and below
Bachelor’s Degree in Customs Administration, Business Management, Communication, or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the same role, preferably from F&B;industry
Proficient in using MS Office applications and Oracle Financial System
Knowledgeable in guarantee and insurance policies
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
