SUPERVISOR - BLOWN FILM

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the supervision for the efficient set-up and operation of blown film extrusion lines and direction of all shift production employees produce high-quality film in accordance with production schedule. Operate the factory within all, quality standards and maintain production standards as efficiently as possible. Will adhere to good housekeeping and will assume responsibility for the entire facility. It is crucial that this person be able to work both day and night shift as the position swings from days to nights.

Responsibilities:

Supports and investigates situations in which line/equipment stoppage occurs due.
Ensures the proper training and development of all assigned employees for whom they are responsible.
Motivates and coaches employees through good communication and frequent performance feedback. Identifies and coordinates additional training as needed.
المهارات
• CIPET Diploma, having hands-on experience in leading the blown film process (3 layers), shrink hood and stretch hood.

• Possesses excellent knowledge on resins and additives.

• Computer skills

• 3 – 5 Prior Manufacturing experience in multi layer Blown film extrusion required.
