Objectives:

Our client, diversified the leading chain of pastry shops in KSA, is looking for a Production Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The main objective of the position is to create B2B sales and business development strategies in the KSA market.

Job Responsibilities:

To increase productivity by production units and by production employee by 30% through:
Implementing and tracking monthly, weekly, and daily quotas per production units and by production employee.
Adopting accountability and KPIs for productions.
Motivating and taking corrective actions to maximize output efficiency.
Adapting production planning to achieve production maximization.
Impose discipline and food safety as per HACCP and ISO 22000.
Train production employees on improving production output.
Recommend corrective measures to upper management to improve productivity per employee and implement approved steps.
Adapt cost cutting in raw material, overhead and labor cost.
Improve costing measures per SKUs.
Handle daily supervision of production units.
Coordinate effectively among upper management, logistic person in charge and head of sections.

المهارات
Bilingual: English and Arabic is a plus
10 years’ experience as a production manager in centralized bakery/pastry with the following specs:
Batch production in manual and semi-automatic batch production of different production units:
-Cookies, petits fours,
-Salted pastries, rusk, canapes,
-Gateaux and cakes
-Chocolate pralines
-Ice cream cream
Ability to manage multi production units as described above and monitor daily, weekly, monthly production quota per:
-Production unit
-Employee/unit
Ability to maximize production efficiency and output by production unit and by employee.
Ability to lead production and production labors, chefs and sous-chefs 150 to 300 persons by:
-Motivating them
-Held them responsible for their actions and output
-Tracking them
Expertise in food safety, HACCP and ISO 22000.
Expert in bakery and pastry food costing.
Expert in bakery and pastry orders preparation and management (logistic expertise).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Good in reports related to
-Production reports: efficiency, productivity, costing, forecasting using excel sheets etc..
-References from previous jobs
Access to some ministries purchasing managers related to catering events and wholesale pastries’ sales.
Access to hotels purchasing managers for pastries.
Excellent communicator with public relation skills.
Experience in event planning and business development in the sector of outside catering.
Experience in event organization and banqueting organization.
Excellent trainer.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A good driver with a valid Saudi driving license.
