Objectives:
Our client, diversified the leading chain of pastry shops in KSA, is looking for a Wholesale Business Development Manager to join their team in Riyadh. The main objective of the position is to create B2B sales and business development strategies in the KSA market.
Job Responsibilities:
Head the catering division with the target to grow the sales by 30% within a year.
Head the wholesale team to reach yearly targets.
Train the catering team including waiters, captain waiters and chefs.
Improve quality of service.
Improve display and upgrade overall image of the catering services.
Rebrand the catering services.
Develop the business in:
-Catering for weddings, special occasions, corporate events etc.
-Daily meal plans to corporate, homes and private clients.
Expanding wholesale of pastries.
Achieve targets in increasing catering sales by 30% and increasing wholesale to reach 50,000$ per month after 6 months from getting hired.
Help grow the cloud kitchen recently launched for meals subscriptions as well as participate in launching the healthy meals subscription plan to individuals with delivery.
Report to upper management.
Improve and develop the database for the catering and cloud kitchen.
Improve and upgrade SOPs related to business development and the catering business.
Continuously acquire new accounts and new customers.
Upgrade the KPIs for the catering and cloud kitchen business.
المهارات
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales.
Bilingual English and Arabic.
Outside catering and event planning experience.
Wholesale extensive experience in KSA in the wholesale of bakery and pastry products to hotels, coffee shops, supermarkets, convenience stores etc.
Saudi market know how is a must.
Access to wedding halls purchasing managers.
Access to government decision making for events and banqueting and wholesale pastry sales.
Access to corporate event planning and catering decision makers.
Access to some ministries purchasing managers related to catering events and wholesale pastries’ sales.
Access to hotels purchasing managers for pastries.
Excellent communicator with public relation skills.
Experience in event planning and business development in the sector of outside catering.
Experience in event organization and banqueting organization.
Excellent trainer.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
A good driver with a valid Saudi driving license.
