Assistant HR Manager Responsibilities:
Monthly payroll administration including payroll, salary updates, attendance, sick leave, canceled off, and Public Holidays
Communicating any changes in employee payroll to Accounts Department.
Day-to-day administration of probationary period notifications, warning letters, interdepartmental transfers, and overtime policies and processes.
Administration of separation process, including final settlements.
Maintaining complete employee files and records
Employee counseling, assistance, and where necessary, undertaking disciplinary action
Performing all exit interviews
All of the above should be carried out with strict adherence to the Saudi Labour Law.
Assists HR director will any strategic policy development.
Manage HR team schedules and holiday rota’s.
Any other work as directed by CEO and HR director.

Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly and personable.
Able to work independently but as a part of a team when needed.
Excellent MS Office skills.
Good Math Skills.
