الوصف الوظيفي Market and sell assigned products to Primarily to Sell the Divisions Products To ensure achievement / exceeding of Division sales target as part of company total target. To develop & strengthen business relations with suppliers to ensure fulfillment of mutual agreed targets. Principal Accountabilities Performance INDICATORS Training. Conduct selling skills & product training for sales team. Coordinate with supplier for conducting of technical & product training. Keep the sales team up to date with all product changes & improvements. Motivation and Morale Co-ordinate with sales team. Monitor and appraise team performance Planning: - Assist and provide feedback for preparing annual budget. Monitor the monthly sales reports and check compliance with annual sales plan Sales management- Provide technical/commercial advice or support when needed and assist for secure factory deals for continuous supplies. Coordinate with suppliers for requirement of fast delivery. special pricing and technical support Placing of orders with factory through Purchase Department. Visit all customers on regular basis Recommend credit transactions for approval Follow –up delivery dates with suppliers for timely delivery. Manage the inventory to secure immediate availability for fast moving products. Job context & Operating Environment Operating Environment: This position reports to the Division Manager. The job holder is responsible for the sales and promotion of assigned products. His achievement directly impacts on company performance. His role is an implementation context, based on the strategies that are passed on to him by the Division Manager. Job Specific Challenges: Maintain existing business and generate new business Customer Satisfaction Maintain and update complete customer profiles WORK RELATIONSHIPS, COMMUNICATIONS Internal: Sales team, Financial Department, Customers, consultants, engineering offices & local suppliers. External: Overseas suppliers, customers. Framework, Boundaries & decision-making authority Performs duties in accordance with his job requirements within company rules & regulations. Exercises sales activities at the level established by Management for this position. Works according to standard operating procedures; work is subject to review. Regularly makes decisions with the purview of the position. Refers major decisions and recommendations to Division Manager for advice and further handling. المهارات Education: A Bachelors Degree in Business or Marketing or Architecture or Experience: from2 to 4 years.
