Ettesaq is a technology consulting company in Riyadh is looking for :

Software Development Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the development of the company’s ERP product (Nodhom ERP) throughout the Product Life Cycle.

Responsibilities:

a.  Leading the Product Development Team:

Managing the product throughout the Product Life Cycle.

b.  Managing Product Development :

Build the proper product documentations methodology and execution.

c.  Managing and building the team:

Manages the existing development resources (5+ devs; 3+ functional; 3+ testing; 2+ documentations; 1+ UI/UX), where 70% of resources are off shore.

d.  Product Budget & Reporting:

Participating in product costing, budgeting, and future planning.

e.  Sales, Marketing, and Client Support:

Advice sales and marketing teams about the product roadmap and future plans.

المهارات
Qualifications:

●Academic Background:

a.  Bachelor’s Degree in IT is a must.

b.  Degrees and/or certificates in business administration, project management, product lifecycle management is a plus.

● Experience:

c.  Work experience as a software development manager or similar role.

d.  Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.

e.  Development background is preferred (Java, C++, etc.).

f.  Familiarity with agile and Jira/Confluence is a plus.

Skills:

g.  Team spirit and good communication abilities

h.  Strong planning and reporting experience.

i.  Native Arabic. Fluent in English
